Holistic health is an approach to life that considers multidimensional aspects of wellness. It encourages individuals to recognize the whole person: physical, mental, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual. The individual is an active participant in their health decisions and healing processes, including wellness-oriented lifestyle choices. Holistic approaches to health are derived from ancient healing traditions that help to achieve higher levels of wellness and prevent disease. These approaches include use of traditional medical systems, mind-body-spirit interventions, manipulative and body-based approaches, biological based therapies and energy therapies. Most of these approaches are used in combination with each other and with conventional medicine to provide a holistic and integrated approach to health. These traditional holistic approaches focus on the use of food, herbs, supplements, teas, homeopathic remedies, and essential oils as “medicine”. There are additional Holistic approaches including but not limited to: acupuncture, acupressure, biofeedback, massage therapy, chiropractic physicians, manual therapy, naturopathic physicians, meditation, guided imagery, reiki, cryotherapy, etc.
The answer is simple...anyone. Whether you are a seasoned herbalist or just starting on your journey, we will work with you and help you figure out the best way to integrate holistic care into your current wellness practices.
-Note- Not all herbs are safe for infants we can help navigate this and guide you to a suitable substitution should it be necessary to do so.
HHC is a chemical component found in the hemp plant and is well known for its psychoactive effects. It is available in oils, tinctures, capsules, and edibles. It can also be vaporized or smoked. The form you choose will likely depend on your personal preferences, reason for use (medicinal or recreational) and desired effects. Tinctures are an excellent option for those who want to avoid smoking or vaporizing HHC. They are also easy to use and offer more precise dosing than other chemical components. On the other hand, smoking and vaporizing HHC is the quickest way to feel its effects. The peaking time in the body upon consumption also varies. When smoking HHC, you can roll it into a joint or use a particular pipe or bong. Edibles are another popular way to consume HHC. They offer a discreet and convenient way to take the hemp component, and they can be efficiently dosed. Regarding edibles, there is a wide range of options, including gummies, chocolates, etc. Edibles can take up to an hour or two to kick in, so be patient.
Quality Matters
The quality of the HHC products you use will also play a role in your experience. Make sure to purchase your HHC from a reputable source (not a gas station) to ensure you're getting a high-quality product. HHC can be found in both recreational and medical dispensaries. If you live in a state where recreational hemp is legal, you will likely have more options for purchasing HHC.
Understand The Dosage
It's essential to start with a low dose of HHC, especially if you are new to it. However, the effects of HHC can vary depending on the individual, so it's best to err on the side of caution. Less is more!
A good starting dose is between ten and twenty milligrams per serving. If you don't feel any effects after an hour, you can increase the amount by ten milligrams in increments. It's important not to go over fifty milligrams per serving, as this could result in adverse effects.
The medium dose is between twenty and fifty milligrams. You will likely feel the effects of HHC more strongly at this dose. The effects may last for several hours. It's important to note that edibles can take up to two hours to kick in, so don't be tempted to take another dose before this time.
HHC Has Analgesic Effects
Analgesics are a class of drugs that are used to relieve pain. The fact that HHC has analgesic effects is significant because it means that it can be used to treat a variety of different medical conditions.
HHC effectively treats chronic and acute pain, making it a viable option for those with arthritis, migraines, and cramps.
Relief from Anxiety and Depression
How does HHC assist with treating mental health problems?
The human body has an ECS network made up of receptors and molecules throughout the body. This system is responsible for maintaining homeostasis, or balance, in the body. HHC binds to receptors in the ECS and helps regulate various functions, including mood, memory, appetite, and pain. By modulating the activity of the ECS, HHC can help to relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression. HHC is a promising treatment option for those who suffer from mental health disorders. However, more research is needed to determine its efficacy in treating these conditions.
Mental health is essential to your overall well-being. It impacts how you think, feel, and behave in your everyday lives. It also affects your ability to cope with stress, relates to others, and make choices.
Good mental health is about feeling great about yourself and functioning daily.
Alleviation of Nausea and Vomiting
The cannabinoids in HHC, interact with the body's digestive system to help alleviate these symptoms. This compound has various effects on the body, including pain relief, anxiety, depression relief, and nausea and vomiting reduction.
Delta-8 is a hemp-derived analog, sharing 60% of the psychoactive potency of its cousin, Delta-9. So yes, it is intoxicating. Delta 8 health benefits give those who’ve had harrowing experiences with delta-9 a chance to experience it without the paranoia, anxiety, and fear.
How Does Delta-8 Work with Our Bodies?
Our bodies have an ECS system. The ECS is a group of neuromodulator lipids and their receptors, which are widely distributed in mammalian tissues. ECS regulates various cardiovascular, nervous, and immune system functions inside cells. The system consists of two primary receptors scattered throughout the body, CB1 and CB2. Then, we also have enzymes. CB1 is prominent in the central nervous system, and CB2 focuses on the peripheral nervous system. The entire system is believed to be a regulatory system for a wide range of processes such as sleep, memory, appetite, mood, and reproduction. The ECS has been linked to what seems to be everything. It covers metabolism, motor control, muscle formation, liver function, stress, learning, memory, sleep, bone remodeling, and growth. Delta 8 has become a substitute for pain prescriptions, providing relief for those who suffer from chronic pain, anxiety, stress, insomnia, loss of appetite, inflammation, and concentration.

How Many Chakras Are In The Body?
In total there are 114 chakras and the exact location of each of these 114 chakras is open to interpretation which is why you are unlikely to find a definitive full body 114 chakras map.
Most practices (including ours) focus on healing the seven MAJOR chakras, since all the other minor and micro chakras are associated with these key energy centers.
The MINOR chakras are distributed all over the body, including our hands, legs, tongue, knees, elbows, clavicles, shoulders, eyes, ears and nose. It is unusual for all these chakras to be active all the time since some of them tend to be more prominent while some remain dormant. The minor chakras support the work of the seven major chakras.
They are also connected to major organs in the body including the liver, spleen, pancreas, kidneys and reproductive organs. In this way they help the body to process toxins, as well as supporting immunity and fertility.
Minor chakras can be found:
The 86 micro chakras are smaller still and can be found all over the body and are all interconnected through energy pathways.
What Are The Seven Major Chakras?
Root Chakra
The root chakra, or Muladhara, is located at the base of your spine. It provides you with a base or foundation for life, and it helps you feel grounded and able to withstand challenges. Your root chakra is responsible for your sense of security and stability.
Sacral Chakra
The sacral chakra, or Svadhisthana, is located just below your belly button. This chakra is responsible for your sexual and creative energy. It’s also linked to how you relate to your emotions as well as the emotions of others.
Solar Plexus Chakra
The solar plexus chakra, or Manipura, is located in your stomach area. It’s responsible for confidence and self-esteem, as well as helping you feel in control of your life.
Heart Chakra
The heart chakra, or Anahata, is located near your heart, in the center of your chest. It comes as no surprise that the heart chakra is all about our ability to love and show compassion.
Throat Chakra
The throat chakra, or Vishuddha, is located in your throat. This chakra has to do with our ability to communicate verbally.
Third Eye Chakra
The third eye chakra, or Ajna, is located between your eyes. You can thank this chakra for a strong gut instinct. That’s because the third eye is responsible for intuition. It’s also linked to imagination.
Crown Chakra
The crown chakra, or Sahasrara, is located at the top of your head. Your Sahasrara represents your spiritual connection to yourself, others, and the universe. It also plays a role in your life’s purpose.
What To Expect...
Our Signature Session is usually 30 minutes long. A brief discussion will take place between the client and Reiki Practitioner where they will describe the session to the client, give the client an opportunity to discuss any particular problems or issues they are experiencing and ask them what they are hoping to achieve from their session. For the actual session, the client will rest comfortably on a massage table on their back with ONLY their shoes removed. Reiki can be performed with the client sitting comfortably in a chair as well. Unlike massage therapy, NO articles of clothing are removed, a client is ALWAYS fully clothed. A session is ALWAYS hands-off. The practitioner will hold their hands slightly above your body. The session will then proceed with the Reiki Practitioner moving through specific Reiki hand positions beginning at the head or feet. A recipient of Reiki might feel a warming sensation or a tingling during the session or nothing at all but sheer relaxation. The session should be very pleasant, relaxing and invigorating.
Are Future Sessions Needed?
This is totally up to you. Your practitioner will tell you IF they come across a blockage that may require another session however more times than not, blockages can be cleared during the signature session. Some clients do find it helpful, and they come back monthly for a brief fifteen-minute scan and alignment of the seven major chakras.
Can Reiki Reduce Anxiety?
Studies have shown that Reiki can help to reduce depression and anxiety by changing your mood allowing you to feel more positive as you receive clean energy and have any blockages removed.
